death system with limbo mode

limbo window:

after death the respawn options window appear and you "hover" over your corpse. the view is locked, but you can chat (you only see chat windows).

then you can wait until you are rezzed...or zone to your bind location. (there is a timer with x minutes until you zone to bind point)
